STUDY OF DETAILED LAYOUT PLAN OF IPRC KIGALI CITY OF RWANDA
Layout plan the arrangement or plan of something such as building. It understands existing condition and issues to provide recommendations and proposals for bright and progressive future. Through comprehensive studies, it determines the region’s growing needs, and provides clear goals and strategies to direct future growth of that particular region. Rwanda is the country which is growing very faster with its institutions needs layout plan as the solutions of the problems arising due to lack of well-planned land use. The land that needed to the all services of the population within the country to be in better achievement of different goals at different levels from the Central Government up to the Sector level. This paper therefore examined the detailed layout plan of iprc kigali city of Rwanda the one of Integrated polytechnic campus for The guidance to the appropriate use of land and promotion to the general welfare occurs to lead to the understanding existing condition and issues to provide recommendations and proposals for progressive future, Land surveying is helpful in process of the detailed study or inspection, as by gathering information through observations, measurements in the field, questionnaires, or research of legal instruments, and data analysis in the support of planning, designing, and establishing of property boundaries and guidance to competitive strategy that can be applied in practice for real development goes with master plan and land management to how a managed small land can serve more services. The study recommends the land use map to identify Iprc Kigali land uses development and Aims its land use is not good by considering its growth, to pay attention to Kigali master plan for long-range vision for the built environment of a community. It guides the appropriate use of lands within a municipality in order to protect the public health and safety and to promote general welfare as a Pilot study design.
